Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 piece ginger root
Directions
Cut off about 1 inch of fresh ginger root, then peel and throw away the dry skin. Next, either grate the ginger or cut it into thin slices so it will steep effectively. Add to boiling water and allow to steep for about 5 minutes.
