Raw Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Raw food vanilla ice cream! It's 100% dairy-free and made with vanilla beans, almond milk, and medjool dates as the natural sweetener.

1.) In a clean coffee grinder, grind the vanilla beans into a powder.
2.) In a blender, blend the almond milk, vanilla, and medjool dates until smooth.
3.) Chill the mixture in the freezer for 30-60 minutes–you want it to be cold but not solidified–or in the fridge for at least one hour.
4.) Pour into an ice cream maker and follow its instructions. Garnish with raw food chocolate syrup or fresh fruit.
