Raw Flax Seed Crackers
How to make raw food flax crackers! These are great for when you need a crunchy, salty snack.

1.) Crush the garlic or mince it finely with a knife.
2.) Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse on and off to mix it well. We’re just using the blender as an easy way to combine it, we don’t want it blended smooth. You could also stir the ingredients together by hand too.
3.) Spread onto a dehydrator sheet. It should fill about one sheet. Then dehydrate at 118°F (47°C) for about 8 hours. Flip the cracker sheet and dehydrate another 6 hours, until crisp.
4.) Using a sharp knife, either cut into smaller crackers or use the knife to put pressure in a straight line so as to then break them into smaller-sized crackers.
