Cashew Nut Butter
How to make all-natural, raw food cashew butter!

1.) In a high speed blender like the Blendtec or Vitamix, blend the cashews and salt until finely ground.
2.) Add the olive oil and blend until smooth and well mixed. (Hazelnut oil may be substituted for the olive oil, if needed. It works well too.)
3.) For chunky cashew butter, stir in up to 1/4 cup of finely chopped cashews. Store sealed in the refrigerator.
You may also like almond butter.
