1.) Soak the brazil nuts in water for 2 or more hours, then drain and rinse. This step is especially important for brazil nuts because they contain higher amounts of phytic acid than other nuts, which can inhibit the absorption of calcium and other minerals. Soaking helps to remove or reduce the phytic acid levels so you can get maximum nutrition from the nuts.
2.) Blend the ingredients until smooth.
3.) Then strain through a nut milk bag. Sweeten to taste with raw honey or agave nectar.
